We are providing this information to you as required under the federal and New Jersey state law based on your business relationship with Christ Hospital.
Please be advised that it is Christ Hospital’s expectation that you will disseminate this policy by making it available to your employees and managers and that you will abide by this policy and all federal and state rules, regulations, and laws in the provision of services rendered to Christ Hospital.
