What is the Christ Hospital Vendor Credentialing Program?
In order for companies or individuals who wish do business with Christ Hospital and require access our facilities, they must register with our vendor credentialing and compliance monitoring system.
Every representative who interacts with Christ Hospital is required to create a profile and pay a nominal registration fee. The registration fee pays for the cost to collect, verify, and monitor the required credentials for one full year. If an organization employs multiple representatives,
only one annual fee per organization is required.
We appreciate your attention to this critical initiative. It will greatly assist Christ Hospital in complying with ever increasing regulations, mandates, and oversights and help ensure a safe environment for the patients, visitors, and staff of Christ Hospital.
